Abstract
Optimization of liquid culture conditions to intracellular polysaccharide was carried out with intracellular polysaccharide as target.According to single test and the orthogonal design, the results showed that the fermentation condition was glucose 3.0%,peptone 0.05%,wheat bran 4.0%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.1%,shaking rate 160r/min,initial pH 6.5,inoculation rate 10%,volume 80mL/250mL.The intracellular polysaccharide production reached the highest 95.56mg/100mL after cultured 6d,at the temperature of 25℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
