Abstract

The different dosages of total flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra(10,30,50mg / kg) were used to pour in to mice's stomach. When the mice exhausted after swimming, the blood component, activity of antioxidant enzyme in serum and organs, the contents of intermediate metabolites were analyzed. The results showed that the time of swimming to exhaustion was significantly prolonged by feeding high-dose flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra, the total number of WBC and Gran%in high-dose group were lower than that in control group,Lym%,Mid%,Gran,HGB and HCT in high-dose group were higher than that in control group.Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in experiment groups were increased in serum and organs, the activity of AST and CK in serum were decreased, the content of LPO,MDA,lactic acid and BUN were decreased, the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were increased. Thus, total flavonoid fromOxytropis glabra has obvious antioxidative damage effects.
