The Important Macroscopic Decision-making Mechanism of the Educational Policy from the Perspective of the Compulsory Education Implementation

By analyzing the implementation of the compulsory education,we can see that there are many defects in the mechanism of the important macroscopic educational policy making,such as the inadequate prediction,non-standard procedure,weak supervision,indistinct relief and so on.The reasons that contribute to these defects are varied as follows: our traditional thin sense of the procedure,the administrative overpower in the process of decision-making,the immature research on education policies.Hence,we should improve the policy-making mechanism from the process,system and method,especially from improving the system construction of the hearing,responsibility enquiring,and relief systems.
