Abstract

The preparation of soybean oligosaccharide extracted from defatted soybean was studied.The optimum conditions of alkali solution and decoloration with carbon were obtained.Optimum extractive conditions were: temperature,55 ℃;time,1.5 h and pH,10~12.Optimum decolorizing conditions were: pH,4~4.5;time,20 min and carbon dosage,0.5%~1.0%.
