Abstract

To establish a rapid analytical method for determination of isoprocarb in rice based on QuEChERS with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS),residues were firstly extracted from samples with acetone or ethyl acetate, and then detected by GC-MS with external standard method after being cleaned up with matrix solid-phase dispersion. The results showed that the established method was rapid, simple, high efficient and sensitive.A good linearity ranged from 0.02~2mg/L was obtained and correlation coefficient was higher than 0.999 6.The average recoveries of isoprocarb in different matrices were in the range of 83.40% ~113.5% at spiked levels from 0.02~2 mg/kg,with relative standard deviations of 2.87%~10.71%.The limits of detections(LOD)on paddy soil, water, rice, rice husk and rice plant were 2.2,0.92,0.95,0.6and 1.5μg/kg,while the limits of quantification(LOQ)of isoprocarb on paddy soil, water, rice, rice husk and rice plant was 2.1~7.4μg/kg.The method is simple and suitable for the routine and confirm isoprocarb analysis on rice.
