The Conservative Treatment in Patients with Perforated Gastroduodenum

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the conservative treatment with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods:226 cases with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer were analyzed retrospectively,in which 212 received conservative therapy.Results:Among 212 cases with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer received conservative therapy,10 of them was converted to operation,except that 210 cases were cured by the conservative treatment successfully,In follow-up study of 108 cases,2 years later 1 which underwent perforation again died of refusing operation.Conclusions:The conservative treatment with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer is safety and reliable,the effect is confirmed.
