Abstract
Objective:To study the difference of prothrombin time(PT)、activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)、thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)when blood samples stored at different time and temperature. Methods:A total of 30 blood samples at different storage time and temperature were measured by BECKMAN ACL-9000 system. Results:After blood samples were collected,APTT was longer at the third 3rd(P0.05),compared with the 1st hour at 20℃, the others were no significant difference.At-4℃,There was obvious difference in APTT at the 1st day and the 5th day(P0.05).Conclusion:At room temperature,PT,APTT,TT and FIB should be measured in 2 hours after the blood samples collected. If the samples cant be measured on time, they must be stored at-4℃,and are measured within 5 days as possible.
