A Discussion on the Finduciary Duty of the Trustee under Trust Law in England

Abstract
The basic obligation of trustee to the beneficiary under trust law is fiduciary duty. This article,based on the origin country of trust law, and through research on the fiduciary duty of trustee under English trust law, sums up the behavior rule of the trustee as a fiduciary duty.
