Abstract

The finite element model of ATV( all terrain vehicle) Frame was created and correlation analysis between calculation modal and experimental modal was performed with the verification of correctness of the various parts of the frame vibration FEM. Natural Frequency and modals were achieved. Combining with engine vibration characteristics, analyze the effects of vibration on the dynamic performance of the frame. the various parts of the frame vibration was obtained by harmonic analysis, then propose the program of avoiding resonance between engine and frame. And contrast-enhanced response amplitude displacement around the frame,to verify the correctness of the damping program.
