Abstract

The characteristics of Confucianism in the Northern Song Dynasty and its resistance to plus many other Buddhist factors determined QI Song's Identity of Confucianism and Buddhism and its internal logical thinking process-to show the interconsistency of Confucianism and from the perspectives of yili and zhishi.QI Song's efforts helped the Identity of Confucianism and Buddhism reach a new height.All of these remitted the conflict between Confucianism and Buddhism,and had a far-reaching impact on the development of the subsequent Chinese and Japanese Buddhism.
