Abstract

On history in late Qing,Zeng-Guofan was a generation of famous officials,his success could not be separated from the troops of Hunan.Regarding troops of Hunan as the springboard,Zeng-Guofan mounts the political illustrious position.Meanwhile,in establishment and developing of the troops of Hunan,Zeng-Guofan formed one's own unique strategic management thought.This kind of thought has important meaning in the management of contemporary enterprises.
