Influence of the Culture of Relationship Network on the Government Officials' Corruption

The relationship network is composed of many individuals in accordance with the common interests of the form of a logo and there are features of the continuum. It has no formal rules and regulations,be operated under the pressure which is not foreseeable. It is a network structure,which is different from the rule of law society Bureaucracy but closely related. The relationship network is parasitic bureaucracy in the structure of the monopoly of state power. Many government officials involve in corruption through manufacture and make use of relationship network. Network culture have had a more serious corruption,for example,the collective result of corruption,the formation of anti-detection network,induced by government officials of corruption options. Under such deep-rooted cultural relations,the people do not weaken but strengthen the social problem of corruption. To this end,we have to break the network,it is necessary to further strengthen the institutional construction and building democracy,public affairs and strengthen the clean government education,from this aspect to resolve the problem of corruption of Government officials.
