Abstract
In recent years, the university student's crime has increased dramatically and has attracted great attention of the whole society; university student's crime is quite special in its object, objective aspects, subject and subjective suspects. The crime is caused by various pessimistic reasons. Only through the cooperation of the judicial institutions and society and family can we achieve the intention of prevention.
