Herbal Retention Enema Combirned with Douche in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To explore the clinical effect and the nursing care of Joint lavage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 56 cases of chronic renal failure patients are equally divided into 2 groups of control group and treatment group.Every patient in control group is treated through retention enema with Chinese native medicine apozem 100 mL twice every day and it would retain 30 ~ 40 minutes.In addition to Chinese medicine retention enema,every patient in treatment group is also treated by lavage therapy one time in a week.The therapy would retain 90 ~ 120 minutes every time and is treated on patients in treatment group four times.The treatment retains 30 days.Results The effects of treatment group are significantly better than control group(P 0.01).Conclusion Compared with simple retention enema with Chinese medicine,the joint lavage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has better effect in treatment of chronic renal failure.
