The Comprehensive Research on SONG Yu Collection Collected by Nanjing Library

The SONG Yu Collection,the collected book in Nanjing library,was determined as a fine codex in Ming Dynasty in the past.However,after textual research,we think that collected book was the one in KANG Xi Period of Qing Dynasty.In addition,the original version of the codex in Qing Dynasty should be the one in the late Wanli Period of Ming Dynasty.Moreover,there are two possibilities of the origin of the codex's original version in Ming Dynasty.One was extracted from SONG Yu Collection,two volume version,which had come down from Tang and Song Dynasties.The other was extracted form Articles Selection,Ancient Prose Florilegium and othe literatures that were in the engraved Period and came down in the past,but now they are lost and collected the meritorious literature of SONG Yu's.The extracted articles and The Songs of the South Annotation were coexistent.It shows that SONG Yu Collection kept by Nanjing library is preserving codex style of Tang and Song Dynasties.It may match the fine codex of Song and Yuan Dynastic version which the researchers are interested in.And it may bring important literary merit in the research on The Songs of the South subject and SONG Yu.
