Abstract
Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN)is one of the secondary glomerulopathies with the clinical manifestation of liver and kidney injury, the pathogenesis of which includes circulating immune complex(CIC)injury, cell immunity,HBV coup injury, autoimmunity and genetic factor. Frequent pathological types of HBV-GN include membranous nephropathy(MGN),membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis(MPGN),IgA nephropathy(IgAN)and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN). This article summarized the advancements of HBV-GN in pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.
