Abstract
The volatile oils of ginger were extracted by the distillation.extraction and the simultaneous distillation extraction method,the components were separated by gas chromatography and identified by mass-spectrometry respectively.30 chemical components and 23 chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS) method respectively.The contents of the identified compounds make up 98.24% and 97.99% of the total volatile substances detected respectively.The compounds from the volatile oils extracted by the two methods is different,the higher chemical components in the volatile oils are beta-phellandrene,camphene,borneol,citral and zingiberene.
