Abstract
What is Socialism? It is the fundamental problem in the theory of Scientific Socialism.Deng Xiaoping summarized the practice of Chinese socialist construction and the experience of other socialist countries,rectified the understanding on the basic characters of socialism,recovering the true sense of Scientific Socialism.In this thesis,the major content of Deng's Neosocialism is discussed and its basis on world outlook and methodology are explored.
