Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis after operation. Methods Selected 48 cases of patients in the treatment of endometriosis after operation, and we divided two groups, observation group and the control group, 24 cases in each group. The patients in control group only received mifepristone, and patients in the observation group were given mifepristone combined with gestrinone, then we compared the different effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total efficiency of the patients in observation group increased, and the relapse rate reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Compared two groups of patients, the incidence of side effect was little different, and the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion For the patients in the treatment of endometriosis after operation, mifepristone combined with gestrinone can increase the efficiency and reduce the relapse rate, and clinicians should make a reasonable choice.
