Abstract
The linear algebra as a branch of mathematics is the science,which takes matrix theories as center and matrix equation is a wider kind of linear equations.The article gives the matrix equation solution structure,the solution nature,as well as the matrix equation has the solution necessary and sufficient condition as well as the generalized inverse matrix in the matrix equation application.
