Status and Trend of the Two-way Referral:A literature review

Two-way referral is the key point,difficult point,and hot spot of the health care system reform in China.In this paper,the articles on two-way referral were compared to sort out the literature system,including the referral process,referral patterns,referral satisfaction,behavioral analysis of referral,and referral system construction.At the same time,the theory and practice studies on referral by domestic and foreign experts and scholars were also summed up and concluded,and on this basis,the existing difficulties and shortcomings in bi-directional switch in China were pointed out and summarized,and the outlook was also prospected.
