Abstract

【Objective】 To evaluate the image quality and accuracy of 320-slice CT coronary angiography(CCTA) in the use of diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.【Methods】 320-slice CT coronary angiography was performed in 132 patients with suspected coronary artery disease(CAD).Among them,24 cases received coronary angiography(CAG).Lesions with≥50 luminal narrowing were considered significant stenosis.Image quality and diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of cases with coronary stenosis≥50% were analyzed.【Results】 113 patients with grade I(85.61%),17 cases grade II(12.88%),2 cases grade III(1.52%).Selected coronary artery angiography as the golden standard.Diagnostic Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and of coronary stenosis ≥50% were 96.67%,98.68%,95.08% and 99.12% respectively.【Conclusions】 320-slice dynamic volume CT can display coronary artery images clearly. It has a good clinical value in assessing coronary artery stenosis.
