Scheme of Portable Digital Trunking and Wide-area Satellite Emergency Communication System

This paper introduced a dispatch communication network solution using emergency communication vehicle and portable digital trunking to implement the emergency scene wide coverage of trunking.The two-way voice communication between satellite emergency communication vehicle and the portable trunking system was achieved by using the fiber plus cable method.The portable trunking system can be set up according to the needs on top of the hills or the high buildings.By the relay function of trunking system,more than 5 km radius of the cluster communication network coverage can be realized in the emergency scene.Two-way audio,video,and data transmission can be achieved between digital trunking system and emergency command center through the satellite communication system,thereby realizing wide-area emergency communication.
