Abstract
Objective:To study the role of p38MAPK in rat stomach ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:30 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and stomach ischemia-reperfusion injury group.Rats were executed to death at 0,0.5,1,3,6,12 h after stomach ischemia-reperfusion injury and the stomach specimens were taken for pathologic examination. The expression of p38MAPK was detected by the immunohistochemical method. Results:The expression of p38MAPK in the stomach ischemia reperfusion injury was increased, which was significantly increased after 0.5h of stomach ischemia-reperfusion injury, reached the high peak till 1 h,declined till reperfusion 3 h,and then again rose and maintained at relatively high level till reperfusion 12 h.Conclusion:p38MAPK play an important role in the process of stomachs ischemia-reperfusion injury.
