Abstract
In order to set clear goals in their career expectation and development,the college students should have a better understanding of themselves and the society they are going to enter,since the employment market is rather competitive in recent years.Thus,it is necessary to strengthen the professional guide for the college students when they are doing their career planning.Based on the statistics from the survey of graduates' implementation of career planning in one of the higher vocational schools in Nanjing,this paper points out some features in the process of students' career planning and job hunting,and puts forward a few suggestions to better the career planning education.
