Abstract
Taking the urban and suburb areas(Tunxi,Huizhou district and Economic and Technological Development area) in Huangshan City,the topsoil environmental quality of the heavy metals was evaluated with the single pollution index method and nemerow pollution index based on Environmental Quality Standard for Soils(GB15618-1995).Making use of environmental geochemical behaviors of heavy metals,the anthropogenic pollution of heavy metals was assessed by using modified enrichment factor.The results showed that the environmental quality of study areas were good,in which the first and second grade soil area accounted for 21.91% and 75.44% in total area,respectively.It happened the anthropogenic pollution area of heavy metals in the rather larger areas,but the pollution was mainly light pollution.
