Abstract

Both Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping have abundant theory and practice on legislation.They all made great contribution to legal system construction of new China.It has important guiding significance for legal system construction of China to comparatively analyze the common characteristics of Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's leg- islative ideology.
