Abstract
It is a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore in which the main valuable metal minerals was finely disseminated and closely associated with each other,and the gangue minerals are complicated,so it is difficult to be separated. Through comparison of various programs,the process flowsheet of Cu-Pb bulk flotation,Cu-Pb separation of Cu-Pb bulk concentrate and zinc flotation was adopted. Finally the copper concentrate grading 17.89% Cu with recovery of 76.91%, lead concentrate containing 53.42% Pb with recovery 87.42% and zinc concentrate containing 55.72% Zn with recovery of 84.13% were obtained by the closed-circuit and the copper,lead and zinc were efficiently separated,so good mineral processing indexes were achieved.
