Tectonic feature and evolution of Huhehu Depression in Hailar Basin

Abstract

Huhehu Depression lies in the east of Hailar Basin,and is one of the depressions in Hailar Basin with low degree of exploration. The study area is divided into six structural zones according to the analysis of structural characteristics and tectonic evolution,including Asali,Huisuomu,Jiangjunmiao,Xilinbeir,Hushumiao and Dongbayangun structural belts. The tectonic evolution of Huhehu Depression has been re-recognized to further analyze this depression by combining with sedimentary characteristics and petroleum geology. An in-depth trinity study of deposition-structure-hydrocarbon has been conducted for Huhehu Depression.
