Abstract
Strawberry anthracnose is more and more serious in recent years, especially in the high-temperature propagation stage. In order to reduce threaten of this disease, it is important to understand the characteristic of the pathogen. With the rapid development of molecular biology, the taxonomic status was determined by PCR techniques which amplify the fungal ITS conservative sequences, avoiding tedious, time-consuming and unstable the traditional classification. The results showed that six strains were attributed to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, only one strain was classified as Colletotrichum acutatum.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
