Abstract

In the Eastern Jin Dynasty (317-420) , Zhouyi was directly spread mainly by ways of teaching at school, passing down privately, and philosophical disputing (among the literati). In addition, divination by Zhouyi also put forward the spreading. Influences of Zhouyi on literature and art are mainly manifested in words, images, styles, conception, criticism and novels, etc.
