Abstract
Sure jiangsu eleventh five-year plan period leading industries of efficiency is adjusted the development of leading industry twelve five-year planwhich is an important basis.Using the method of data envelopment analysis(dea) were studied from two aspects: one is the efficiency of five leading industry research;2 it is chemical industry chain efficiency of DEA analysis.Results show that the dominant industries ideals,but overall efficiency industrial chain efficiency is poorer;Reason is the dominant industry group focused on low technical processing the second industry needs mainly by develop the third industry to complete industry chain function.
