Abstract

[Objective] To obverse the effect of noise on content of monoamine neurotransmitter in rats' plasma in varying time. [Me Rats were exposed to 100 dB (A) noise. The content of monoamine neurotransmitter: Norepinephrine (NE), Dopamine (DA), and 5 droxytryptmin (5 - HT) were monitored after various duration (1 day, 7 days, and 21 days) . [Results] Compared with control grou| contents of plasma NE, DA, and 5 - HT significantly increased after 21 days (p 0.05). [Conclusion] There may be an excital sympathetic nerve under long - term noise exposure.
