Abstract
The all-round development of human beings exists in the process of labor activities.The existence of people includes three-dimension,namely the relationship between man and nature,the relationship between human beings and the relationship between people and their own,in which relationship between man and nature is the basis link of the all-round development of human beings,the relationship between human beings is the external conditions of the all-round development of human beings and the relationship between people and their own constitutes the core requirements of all-round development of human beings.It has practical significance to understand the all-round development of human beings for promoting it from three perspectives.
