Problems in Construction of Science and Technology Field in Universities and Ways to Cope with Them

At present, although considerable achievements have been achieved in the construction of science and technology fields in universities, it is still in the primary and exploring stage. This paper examines such issues as the motivity, the functions, the environment, the fund, the management, the contingent building and the cultural conflicts in the construction and provides some countermeasures to push the construction forward.
