Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between bone marrow angiogenesis and bcl-2 in acute leukemia. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 2011 June,42 patients with acute leukemia in March 2007.Results: MVD,the expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 in bone marrow tissue of control group were significantly lower than those patients with acute leukemia(P0.01).Between VEGF,MVD and the expression of Bcl-2 protein in acute leukemia patients and bone marrow tissue, two of each other two were positively correlated. Conclusion: Positive expression of Bcl-2 protein in leukemia anti-apoptosis and angiogenesis, plays an important role, through Bcl-2 protein for the clinical treatment of leukemia,a diagnosis, new ideas for the treatment of leukemia.
