Abstract
Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) using methyltestosterone as the template, methacrylic acid(MAA) as the monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the crosslinker were prepared by bulk polymerization. The prepared MIPs were used as the stationary phase of SPE cartridges and the SPE conditions were optimized. In addition, the recoveries of the SPE cartridges packed with two different methods were compared and the robustness of the SPE cartridges was evaluated. The results can provide scientific basis when methyltestosterone imprinted polymers were used for the extraction of samples.
