Abstract
The background and main contents of INF treaty are introduced,and then the new situations of the treaty are analyzed. The USA and Russia have been censured by each other for several times,and they obviously have different opinions of implementing the treaty. Their divergences in implementing the treaty make the future of INF treaty filling with uncertainties. The possible changes of the treaty and its influences are researched.
