Abstract

The research on the semiconductor laser temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control was conducted, the simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink, was carried out and hereby, PID control simulation system was compared. Results show that the PID control system has its super adjustment value being within 15%, and responses fast.
