Abstract
Building a just and reasonable interests coordination mechanism is the necessary requirement for building a harmonious society.The status of the imbalance between the interests of Chinese society runs counter to this requirement.The interests' imbalance seriously affects the social harmony and development.Face this status,the paper mainly discusses building a micro-mechanism of the harmonious interests;a fair and just interest distribution mechanism,a sound and smooth interest expression mechanism,and an equal and just interest protection mechanism.
