Abstract

OBJECTIVE To improve the clinical cure rate, and explore more effective combination treatment method for patients with ureteral stone obstruction complicated with severe acute upper urinary infection. METHODS A total of 45 cases of patients with with ureteral stone obstruction complicated with severe acute upper urinary infection treated in our department between Jan 2009 and Feb 2010 were selected.31 patients were Single-blind randomly divided into improved group, and the remainder into control group. RESULTS Three days and one week after treatment, the effective rate of observation group of patients(67.7% and 93.5%)was significantly higher than that of control group(35.7% and 64.3%)(P0.05).Lithecbole time(4.5±1.5 days),transference cure time(5.3±1.2 days),hospitalization time(10.5±2.5 days) and hospital expenses(9918.5±702.3 yuan) of observation group of patients were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05). CONCLUSION During lithotripsy;to establish a good expansion fluid backflow channel can reduce perfusion pressure, reduce the incidence of renal pelvis against, and improve the treatment effect.
