Abstract

As an energy-saving and productivity-improving tapping technology,the rolling technology of hot delivery and hot charging of continuous casting blanks is widely used in lots of steel mills.This article analyses the implementation and result of 150×150×8200mm hot delivery and hot charging of continuous casting blanks in High-speed wire mill factory of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.This technology not only improves the productivity and yield,but also makes the productive capacity stable.
