Abstract
Laws of water runoff and sediment yield on the disturbed lands resulted from the exploitation of Shenfudongsheng Coalfield were investigated by using field water discharge scouring experiment. The results were follows.(1)No correlations were fould between degrees of slope and average water runoff time and amount.A power function relations existed between the average water runoff time and flow discharge(t=20.18Q-0.571,R2=0.84),second-order relationship existed between the average water runoff amount and flow discharge(q=0.093Q2-0.003Q-1.372,R2=0.99).(2)There was a linear regression between sediment yield and slope for 10 L·min-1,and a logarithmic regression for the other flow discharge. There was a power regression between sediment yield and flow discharge for 5°,and a linear regression for 10°and 18°;there was a logarithmic regression between sediment yield and runoff amount;flow discharge was the main factor influencing the sediment yield.(3) Sediment rate overall trended to decrease with the time, and sediment rate increased in the first 6 min,and significantly decreased after it reached the peak value.
