Abstract

GPS pseudolites systems were employed to extend the availability of GPS when satellites signals were not seen. GPS signal generators were the core part of pseudolites system. This paper presented an effective GPS intermediate frequency signal modulation method using high-speed DSP. System’s hardware and software design were described; EDMA method was used to reach the speed requirement for data modulation and transmission. At last the result was given and showed the performance of signal generator reached the system design.
