Abstract

The article brilliantly expound the connotation and mutual relation of Xuan Xue(a philosophical sect in the Wei(220-65)and Jin(265-420)dynasties),Buddhism,legalists,and confucianists in Weim Jin,the Northern and Southern Dynasties(420-589).The article shows clearly that the legal would outlook is historical foundation law and ju- risprudence in the Sui(581-618)and Tang(618-907)Dynasties.
