Abstract

Objective To discuss the influencing factors of anticoagulation with warfarin in patients who had undergone artificial mechanical heart valve replacement and the relation between dosage regimens and international normalized ratio(TNR).Methods Between Jun,2008 to Jun,2011,323 who had undergone artificial valve replacement patients were followed-up.The patients were treated with warfarin therapy for anticoagulation after surgery, and given a regular follow-up.Patients′age,gender,and INR value etc were recorded and the adverse events including bleeding, embolism and death were observed. Results After surgery to stabilize anticoagulant in a state, general INR was 1.5~2.5,413 cases of no after the accidents and the 10 cases anticoagulation related complication, including thromboembolism 3 cases, about 7 cases of anticoagulant bleeding.Discharge for anticoagulation appear follow-up incidence of aderse eents and foreign literature works. Conclusion According to INR,individual dose of warfarin should be administered after artificial valve replacement.Maintaning INR at 1.5~2.5 is relatively safe.
