All of the 14 cases underwent operation. 12 cases were with intravaginal torsion, of these 9 cases were removed for necrosis and only 3 testicles were saved. 2 cases were of extravaginal torsion with testicular necrosis. [Conclusions] Early diagnosis and immediately treatment is the key for salvage of the testicle in testicular torsion of children.
