Abstract

Objective:To explore the clearance effects of hemoperfusion(HP) combined with hemodialysis(HD) on macromolecular toxins.Method:Sixty-five patients with uremic admitted by our hospital were randomly divided into hemodialysis(HD) group and hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis(HP+HD) group. Both groups were given a regular hemodialysis program, while only the HP+HD group received hemoperfusion additionally. The levels of regular macromolecular toxins in blood of beta-2 microglobulin(β2 -MG),leptin(LEP) and parathyroid hormone (PTH) were analyzed before and after treatment as well as the clearance rate.Result:The levels of β2-MG,LEP and PTH in both groups before treatment were lower than those after treatment(P 0.05).The above indicators of HP+HD group were lower than those of HD group(P 0.05),while the clearance rates of HP+HD group were superior to those of HD group(P 0.05).Conclusion:The clearance effects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis was better, worth being promoted in the treatment of uremic.
