Analysis of Nutrients in Dendrobium nobile Lindl

Abstract

We analysed the nutrients of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.which is grown in longquan original stone industry industrial Co.,Ltd in Chishui city of Guizhou province by national standard analysis method.Our results show that the moisture content is 84.45%,crude fiber concent is 9.10%,protein concent is 0.94%,reducing sugar content is 1.13%,crude fat content is 0.12%,there were only 12 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of inorganic elements.Our study indicates that Dendrobium nobile Lindl.contains rich protein,amino acids,Ca,Mg,P and other inorganic elements.
