Abstract

Objective:To study the YiQi WenYang HuoXue decoction on early cor rabbits lung tissue cell proliferation and apoptosis.Methods:40 general-class rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, pulmonary heart disease,YiQi WenYang HuoXue treatment group and captopril group,n=10 from the 3 groups after the intravenous injection of rabbit ear 0.7% ferric chloride solution modeling. After modeling,YiQi WenYang HuoXue treatment group YangQi decoction of feeding, the control group was fed captopril captopril, all 20 days. And 4 also were killed, and preparation of lung cell suspension by flow cytometry using value-added and apoptosis. Results:The apoptosis were not observed;YiQi WenYang HuoXue treatment group than in model group and captopril group, proliferation was significantly difference(P0.05),no statistical differences between other groups significance(P0.05).Conclusion:YiQi WenYang HuoXue soup can significantly promote cor rabbits lung tissue cell proliferation.
